Texana Fellowship

In the summer of 2024, several members of our church family felt that they were being led by God to create a new Bible centered church that upheld traditional values in a contemporary setting.  Our first service was held in a barn on July 21, 2024. Even during an active thunderstorm, sixteen people met to worship His Name.  For the month of August, we worshiped in the Historic Texana Church at Brackenridge Recreation Complex and averaged about forty five in worship each Sunday.  During that time, we affiliated with the Global Methodist Church.  On September 8, 2024, we held our “Founders Day” membership service in our new building and welcomed thirty eight to the Texana Fellowship family.  Today, we continue to worship with one service on Sundays, Bible study on Wednesdays and consistent involvement in our community.  We believe firmly in watching what God will do when we say yes.
